My Story

From a young age, I have been passionate about baking. My love for it began in my grandmother's kitchen, where I often helped her cook and create delicious treats from scratch. One of my fondest memories is making Kolaczki's with her. As I grew older, I eagerly learned more recipes and techniques under her guidance. This early passion for baking has shaped my journey and brought me to where I am today. To further my education, I attended Cuyahoga Community College, where I completed a program in Culinary Arts and earned a Certification in Professional Baking.
